Vercel expands the Pro free-domain offer to .app and .dev

Vercel's one-domain first-year offer for Pro teams now covers eight eligible TLDs after adding .app and .dev; premium domains remain excluded and renewal is at the regular checkout price.

Who is affected

Vercel Pro teams claiming the first-year free-domain offer, especially teams that prefer an eligible .app or .dev name.

Action required

Choose one eligible non-premium domain, confirm the regular renewal price shown at checkout, and plan for automatic renewal after the free first year.

Evidence boundary

The update expands only the eligible TLD set for the existing Pro offer. It does not make premium domains eligible, add a second free domain, waive renewal charges or activate a domain automatically.
