New stateFrom 1 August 2026, Microsoft may assign partners to additional remediation programmes and expects full cooperation and successful completion when required.

Who is affected

All Microsoft partners governed by the Partner Code of Conduct.

Action required

Review the updated Code, maintain effective controls and prepare to cooperate with any specifically assigned investigation, training or remediation programme.

Evidence boundary

The programmes apply when assigned and are separate from standard compliance training; the update does not place every partner into the same programme immediately.
