Who is affected
Customers and CSP partners using qualifying Windows Server or SQL Server subscriptions under the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Action required
Identify qualifying subscriptions, document mobility use and retain outsourcing and licensing evidence.
Evidence boundary
CSP perpetual licences remain unchanged and do not receive this entitlement. Automatic activation does not remove product-use-right conditions.
