Action required
Verify one exact qualifying prerequisite combination before purchase and do not treat one component of a required suite pair as sufficient.
Evidence boundary
The July clarification lists alternative prerequisite combinations and says customers without them may lack certain capabilities; it does not imply that every listed licence is required together.
