Google included Gemini capabilities in Workspace Business and Enterprise editions, stopped selling four Gemini add-ons and ended separate add-on charging after 31 January 2025.

Review edition-specific feature availability and administrator controls, remove obsolete add-on budget assumptions and apply the revised Workspace base pricing at the applicable customer transition date.

Evidence boundary

Feature availability varies by edition, language, rollout and admin configuration. Education, most nonprofit, Frontline, Essentials, Enterprise Essentials, Workspace Individual and personal-account subscriptions were listed as outside the initial pricing change. Inclusion did not make every formerly add-on feature immediately available on every edition.
