Google applies Marketplace split invoicing to qualifying Swiss agency transactions

For qualifying agency-model transactions with a Swiss organisation payment profile, June 2026 charges move to three monthly billing documents, expected from 1 July 2026.

Split invoicing active

Commercial transition

Previous stateQualifying Swiss Marketplace purchases did not use the newly documented three-document monthly split.
New stateCustomers receive separate Google Cloud, agency-model Request for Payment and Google-reseller Marketplace documents for qualifying transactions.

Who is affected

Marketplace customers and partners where the organisation payment profile is in Switzerland and the transaction uses the qualifying agency model.

Action required

Classify each transaction model, reconcile all three documents and update Swiss billing operations without generalising the treatment to other jurisdictions.

Evidence boundary

The rule depends on payment-profile jurisdiction and transaction model. It does not state that every Swiss Marketplace purchase produces three documents.
