New stateGitHub is rolling Claude Fable 5.1 out to Copilot Pro+, Max, Business and Enterprise across named Copilot clients. Business and Enterprise administrators must enable the Claude Fable 5.1 policy, which is off by default; usage follows provider-list usage-based billing.
