Cloudflare gates DeepSeek V4 Flash and Pro on Workers AI to paid access

Cloudflare added DeepSeek V4 Flash and DeepSeek V4 Pro to Workers AI on 14 August 2026. Both models require either the Workers Paid plan or prepaid AI Gateway credits; Cloudflare’s pricing table lists separate Flash and Pro token rates.

Action required

Confirm Workers Paid or prepaid AI Gateway credits are available before selecting either DeepSeek V4 model, and use the separate published Flash and Pro token rates when estimating inference cost.

Evidence boundary
