Customers managing multicloud, on-premises or other non-EC2 nodes through Systems Manager Session Manager or Run Command.

Remove assumptions about the former tier fee, estimate operation-level usage and update budgets before charging begins.
Evidence boundary
The immediate tier removal and later operation-level charging are separate milestones. The source does not establish charges for every Systems Manager operation or EC2 node.
