Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Payments reaches GA with wallet-operation pricing

AWS has made AgentCore Payments generally available and currently charges no additional AWS API-invocation fee beyond wallet-operation fees from the selected Coinbase CDP or Stripe Privy provider; Coinbase counts both CreateInstrument and ProcessPayment as wallet operations, while Stripe Privy does not charge a wallet operation for CreateInstrument and counts ProcessPayment as one wallet operation.

Who is affected

Teams using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to let agents pay for paid APIs, MCP servers and content through Coinbase CDP or Stripe Privy wallets.

Action required

Model wallet-provider charges separately and distinguish Coinbase CDP from Stripe Privy treatment before estimating agent-payment costs; do not assume a universal per-call fee across all Payments APIs.

Evidence boundary
